Collaborate with environmental experts, city planners, and local organizations to protect the ward’s remaining wetlands, promote green energy initiatives, and ensure responsible development. Support policies that incentivize solar and wind energy use, expand tree-planting programs, and preserve green spaces for recreation. Work with residents to implement community-led sustainability projects that benefit both the environment and local economy.

Establish initiatives like "Bike & Chats" and Community Days to strengthen neighborhood connections, foster civic engagement, and encourage dialogue between residents and city leadership. Advocate for funding and resources to support youth programs, senior services, and inclusive community spaces that bring people together. Champion increased discretionary fund usage for each ward to empower residents in leading community-driven projects.  Support policies that protect tenants’ rights, promote affordable housing, and prevent displacement. Partner with local leaders, nonprofits, and developers to create housing solutions that meet community needs.

Advocate for local and state policies that provide grants, tax incentives, and reduced barriers for small businesses. Work with economic development leaders to revitalize the Wallhaven and Merriman Valley business districts, making them hubs for local entrepreneurs. Support the creation of a small business resource center that offers training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Partner with business owners and community organizations to promote local shopping initiatives and drive economic growth that benefits all residents.
